Mulungu vapes & resin for relaxation, nerve pain
Mulungu is traditionally used for calming/relaxation/sleep. It is also an instant cure for tobacco/nicotine addiction. And it helps with nerve pain, benzo & alcohol addiction.
The vape cart is a great value and relaxes instantly.
3-5 grams E. mulungu is enough for one giraffe who has no benzo tolerance. Mix in a hot drink to dissolve.
Corydalis yanhusuo and L-THP are also available. More economical but require more careful dosing.
I also have damiana which is pretty relaxing altho at lower doses some find it to be sexually stimulating.
The lotus vape carts are also relaxing. And, finally, there is Casino Cookies coconut oil capsules, which is one of the sleepiest CBD strains of cannabis (not recommended if you get drug tested at work).
Ask me for a free sample of Passionflower Extract! It's also calming and helps with sleep. I use 2g of it for insomnia. It's more gentle than yanhusuo/THP (and more forgiving if you take too much).
Do you suffer from Insomnia? If so, make sure to follow these tips before resorting to medications or herbs, as you may not need any of that stuff, or if you do, it will work better if you first do this:
Many people ignore Sleep Hygiene. Some tips are in this handout. Also, the blue light in your computer screen or phone should not be on past sunset (you can download a blue light filter app). As the handout explains, don't try to sleep if you are not sleepy. Instead, you can sit up and meditate--people often get sleepy when they try to meditate (letting go of thoughts as they arise, focusing on the breath).
Another trick that works well if you are having racing thoughts or the meditation is not making you sleepy, is to focus on doing a little massage. You can massage yourself or a partner, but basically you want to do a slower and slower massage that is rhythmic and easy to do with one hand. You can stop massaging for a second & start again, and so on each time with longer pauses. You'll find it is tiring and hypnotic and you will forget to keep massaging as you fall asleep.
Even more amazing is Wim Hof breathing, which can put you to sleep, reduce stress, help you meditate, and improve mood. Here's a good TEDx talk: www.youtube.com/watch?v=R53GljF7IxU
