Oleamide + Copaiba in virgin palm oil
Oleamide is component of the body's endocannabinoid system (ECS: learn more here). I highly recommend taking palmitoylethanolamide as well for balancing out your endocannabinoid system, but oleamide is especially useful for relaxation and sleep, as well as overlapping some of the PEA benefits like mood, pain, etc.
I find that oleamide at the right dosage (which may be 300mg up to 1g of this oil) is extremely beneficial for insomnia, and furthermore, it gives very lovely and memorable dreams. I think that this would be a good substitute for "indica" type marijuana. Note that if you take too much, you will feel sleepy in the morning and it can throw off your circadian rhythm, so try to find the lowest effective dose for you.

Copaiba essential oil contains CB2 activating compounds and gives many of the same benefits as CBD. I mix Copaiba essential oil into the oleamide palm oil in order to maximize the synergistic calming, anti-inflammatory and neuro-protective effects. More info on Copaiba oil here.
