Medicinal Mushroom powders (mostly 40x extracts)
All of these are good for the immune system.
Lion's Maine is good for learning & memory and regrowing damaged nerves. Taking too much will cause itching due to nerve overgrowth. It is very beneficial to take Lion's Mane before taking any psychedelic as it tends to make the trip easier to deal with and easier to integrate due to the neuroprotection and neurogenesis properties. For anyone that suffers from depression, anxiety, paranoia, delusions, Lion's Mane is one of the most validated natural remedies, tho it may take a week or two to notice effects and find optimal dosage. Click here to see one customer's report comparing this Lion's Mane extract with others he's tried. I also sell Lion's Mane mycelium extract, which is 2x more expensive, and harder to dose, because it clumps easier, so you have to dissolve it into boiling water. But according to Paul Stamets, it should be more potent than the fruiting body extract, which is unusual for mushrooms.
In my experience, the Chaga is the most effective medicine for resetting insulin sensitivity (the issue in diabetes type 2).
I've heard Reishi is supposed to be very relaxing, but I've yet to notice that myself. Also good for immune system. Some people claim they TRIP off the reishi triterpine crystals! I personally didn't get any type of tripping effect from them.
Note that males who use any medicinal mushrooms regularly should also take a DIM supplement (or eat lots of cruciferous veggies high in DIM like kale and cabbage) to balance out the anti-testosterone effects.
