The goal of this website is to help people get over the issues which are keeping them stuck. I do this by providing information and meditation aids. Most importantly, Metta (loving kindness) meditation, which combines very well with a low dose of ayahuasca. My friend Oliver followed Ajahn Sona's metta meditation instructions in a cave 5 weeks, and it has healed his cPTSD better than any other therapy he has ever done. Peter Levine's somatic approach to Healing Trauma is also key.
Many people (maybe most) would also benefit from somatic therapy and one-on-one counseling, ideally by a caring, qualified professional with the ability to do a mind-meld and help you let go of the junk in your emotional basement. In many cases even an amateur can help a great deal by lending an ear. To find amateur co-counseling groups in your area, contact Co-Counseling Communities. If you need to talk to someone right now, you can get free, there are many free therapy hotlines depending on your particular concerns.
-------
I suggest starting with some somatic therapy (bodywork) to release subconscious traumas which are trapped in the body. You can learn about one of them, called Trauma Release Exercises.
Wim Hof Breathwork is also extraordinarily effective although it does require significant effort and people are often too lazy for it. I find it works best to do it at bedtime, lying down, and keep doing it until you fall asleep. You might wake up in pure ecstasy as I have a few times.
----
There's an amazing type of mixed body/talk therapy called "Focusing" (not the best name) which works better than most things for PTSD. I know a guy named Oliver who is willing to teach it for free to anyone and also trade time doing it with whoever is serious about healing. His website is here. You can call him on WhatsApp or Signal Messenger (maybe text first, let him know you looked into Focusing therapy and would like to learn more or try it out--do not contact him until you have learned what this therapy is.): +32484009333.

For spiritual counsel & inspiration from a group of folks into Buddhist awakening, check out the facebook group AwakeningToReality, which is moderated by Soh Wei Yu, from the blog of the same name. I'm also available (unless I'm not). And ICEERS.org offers free professional psychedelic integration therapy. You can also call the free Fireside Project hotline. Also, you can find a lot of helpful information and also a chat at tripsit.me

More difficult is to find free relationship counseling if you can't afford a counselor. Here is a list of local resources for free and affordable counseling: https://www.opencounseling.com/
You can also get 1 week free trial of online relationship counseling: https://www.regain.us/advice/therapist/free-online-therapy-could-save-your-relationship/
My father always used to tell me how important it is to have a friend that you can call in order to work out disagreements in any relationship. Most people don't do this. They just drop the issue and try to forget about it. That works, but only for some years. After a long time, subconscious resentment builds up, and you start noticing that you don't even like this person anymore, nor do you know why.
My parents were married for about 30 years until my dad died, so it seems that their emphasis on resolving disputes in a timely fashion may have been a wise strategy.
Make a mutual plan not to go to bed angry with anyone that you wish to be close to.
Watch this video by psychologist Jordan Peterson about how to train each other to be better for each other: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VM1UA0pCMQ
Ask your friends if any of them have time to mediate.
And before you turn to seek help from a psychiatrist, make sure to watch this video of psychiatrists who admit they've never cured anyone and they have no proof of any of their diagnoses being valid in the real world.
